We are seeking a skilled Law Support Specialist to manage various tasks.
About the RoleThis is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage insurance claims, coordinate with insurance brokers, and oversee the legal process related to state licensing.
- Assist in lawsuit management, including maintaining documentation, timelines, and coordination with legal counsel.
- Prepare clear, concise summary reports and updates for executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters, communications, and compliance documents.
- Support other legal and administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and litigation processes.
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements and acquisition-related legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce clear, professional summary reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Experience working in multi-state environments or with regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
