Job Description
  • Identifying new leads, which requires property and facilities management
    • Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential markets
    • Attending meetings
    • Keeping up to date with real estate and business news
    • Developing business and marketing strategies
  • Pitching real estate management services
    • Developing quotes, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations
    • Ensuring all documentation prepared on behalf of the division is brand compliant
    • Maintaining systematic records for all business partners
    • Winning new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
    • Client liaison, including telephone and personal inquiries regarding business proposals
    • Formulating and implementing client engagement strategies
    • Building relationships with both internal and external business clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree required
  • 3–5 years of work experience in Business Development and Marketing in the same or related industry
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, organize, and communicate effectively with all levels of management in both oral and written forms
