Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for team direction and leadership, including talent acquisition, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and strategic direction.
  • Provide metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations, including client-specific service level agreements and process compliance.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues that arise, identifying optimum solutions for both parties.
  • SUPPORT RECRUITERS WITH WORKLOAD ALLOCATION, INCLUDING VOLUME FORECASTING AND HEADCOUNT PLANNING.
  • Deliver effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are set and appropriate, development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required.
  • Recruit and induct new staff as needed, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity.
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform a range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
  • Help team and individual team members meet established goals and metrics.
  • Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddles and team meetings with established agendas.
  • Serve as a front-line escalation for the executive leadership team and recruitment management group.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
  • Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
  • Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.
