Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound support calls, gather essential information, and diagnose common issues related to multifunction printers and copiers.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and remotely access systems to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer drivers, address network configuration issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians and track open issues for timely resolution.
  • Provide calm, professional, and supportive customer communication throughout the troubleshooting process.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of multifunction printers, copiers, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk to access and configure customer systems securely.
  • Excellent spoken and written English to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of direct technical support experience working with Xerox printers and copiers is preferred.
