Job Title:Financial Collector Specialist Job Description: As a Financial Collector Specialist, you will play a critical role in the company's financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to collect payments from clients and customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with internal business partners to resolve any issues that may arise during the collection process. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively manage client relationships and ensure timely payment. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all collections, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably as a Billing and/or Collection Associate, Billing and/or Collection Specialist, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels of clients and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of various collection techniques and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, preferably Excel or Google Sheets.
