In this role, you will be part of a dynamic finance team dedicated to enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business.

Key responsibilities include efficiently performing credit and collection activities by adhering to established processes, regularly reviewing open or active accounts for collection efforts, and preparing and communicating monthly statements of accounts to all assigned customers promptly.

You will also identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation, perform initial investigations and communicate findings with the proper owners or resolvers, and support workflow to achieve or exceed identified metric goals such as past-due reduction, cash collection, and dispute management.

Additionally, you will assist cash application specialists by reviewing received payments and customer remittance advice related to assigned accounts and providing accurate invoice details and supporting documents for proper payment allocation, allocate payments against invoices, and monitor advance payments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that invoices are raised immediately.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You should be proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently, proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers, and be interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and work with people at any level.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related courses, excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and a willingness to work the night shift schedule.
