Tele-Collector (Commission-Based)

Work Location: 2546 A. Bonifacio St., Bangkal, Makati

Job Overview:

We are seeking driven and persuasive Tele-Collectors to join our expanding team As part of our collection department, you will be in charge of contacting borrowers with overdue accounts from local banks and financial institutions (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, housing loans). Your goal is to remind clients of their obligations, negotiate workable payment arrangements, and help them resolve account concerns — all while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to borrowers with overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate and secure payment arrangements within company policies.
  • Accurately record call results, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of agreed payment schedules.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.
  • Adhere strictly to company collection protocols and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level (experience in collections is an advantage but not required).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and open to feedback.
