Revenue Collector

The Motorized Revenue Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely collections from customers with outstanding accounts. This position involves traveling to customer locations, verifying payments, issuing official receipts, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects payments and/or necessary documents completely, timely, and accurately from clients
• Issues valid and correct receipts to clients upon collection of payment
• Aids in all other tasks that the Collection team is tasked to do
• Communicates with clients regarding collection and transmittal of documents as needed
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties related to primary tasks such as maintenance and monitoring of company assets used e.g., Motorcycle, fleet card, cellphone, etc.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a 2-year associate degree in any business-related course
• With valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proven experience in driving a manual and automatic motorcycle, knowledgeable of Metro Manila roads and nearby locations
• At least 2 years motorized collector experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field
