We seek a skilled HR professional with strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, recruitment, and operations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in remote environments, enjoy building organizational foundations from the ground up, and possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring legal and administrative staff.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and offer letters aligned with U.S. labor laws.
  • Build candidate pipelines and optimize ATS tools.
HR Compliance & Policy Development
  • Draft and maintain compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, I-9, FMLA).

  • Bonus: Familiarity with U.S. law firms, SHRM-CP/PHR certification, or tools like Gusto, Asana, or ClickUp.
