Director of Talent Acquisition and Development

This role oversees the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for affiliated companies.

The successful candidate will develop long-term workforce planning strategies, execute high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and drive continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives
  • Design and implement inclusive and industry-aligned recruitment strategies
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation to offer letter issuance
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion

Requirements:

  • 13 certifications in human resources
  • SHRM certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
