Job Title:
Backend Case Manager - Supplements

    We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Case Manager with expertise in the supplements space. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for owning backend troubleshooting across Seller Central.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, and FBA issues.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintaining organized case history, tracking response timelines, and following through on escalations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Supporting day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.

    Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
