Backend Support Specialist

The role of a Backend Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of private label Amazon sellers. This position involves providing support with various backend tasks, allowing businesses to thrive.

This individual will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Research: Conducting daily research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Amazon Case Management: Managing all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, tracking shipments, and managing reorders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Researching and tracking competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Supplier Management: Handling supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, and maintaining account health.

To excel in this role, one must possess strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is also crucial. A high school graduate or equivalent, preferably with Amazon experience, is ideal. Fluency in English is necessary, as well as good character and a willingness to work flexible hours.
