The Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Amazon Case Manager with expertise in supplements to oversee backend troubleshooting and case management across Seller Central. This role involves submitting cases, escalating issues, and ensuring listings remain live, optimized, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Own case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
- Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution — ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
- Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience — with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues — ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
- Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
