Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.

The successful candidate will attend to inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat services, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include receiving and resolving customer complaints, responding to email and chat requests, and escalating complex issues to the managerial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to the managerial team when necessary.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
