Multilingual Communications Specialist

We're hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional support in both English and Spanish. If you're fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
- Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
- Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
The ideal candidate for this position should be highly motivated and dedicated, possessing the below qualities:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
