We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This role involves answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products and services, resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system, following communication scripts and standard operating procedures, meeting or exceeding performance metrics including call quality and handle time, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow Communication Scripts: Adhere to established communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
