Job Title: Community Engagement Lead

The Community Engagement Lead oversees community engagement efforts across various social media platforms. Collaborating with team members, the Lead is responsible for fostering positive interactions, managing real-time conversations, and ensuring that the brand voice resonates consistently with its audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for monitoring, moderating, and responding to user comments, messages, and mentions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate responses to inquiries, feedback, and concerns, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to align community engagement strategies with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the community to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Utilize available tools to track engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and community growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, community sentiment, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of community moderators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management or customer engagement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
