Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Employee Engagement Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs designed to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating engaging experiences that foster a positive company culture and promote employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a calendar of engagement events, including team-building activities, company-wide celebrations, and other initiatives aimed at promoting a sense of community among employees.

  • Serve as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and propose solutions that drive business results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support employee relations and retention.

  • Manage logistics and administration related to engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Creativity, empathy, strategic thinking, resilience, and influence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software.
