
Tech Support Specialist

A Tech Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in resolving IT issues for global remote work-at-home analysts via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot and diagnose complex IT problems, and provide timely support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in maintaining accurate technical knowledge bases, and exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to effectively collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify, analyze, and resolve IT issues related to multiple systems.
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to tickets in near real-time.
- To stay updated on the latest technical trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
