Job Summary:

Role Overview
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision, utilizing expertise in software, hardware, and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex IT problems within strict timeframes, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated tickets, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide expert guidance to end-users on systems, applications, and updates, enhancing their technical capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation aligned with ITIL best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Utilize ticketing and endpoint management tools effectively to streamline issue resolution and enhance user experience.
  • Support IT governance, data privacy, and compliance initiatives, upholding the organization's values and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • At least six months of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS environments and Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and endpoint management systems, including OSTicket, Freshservice, Jira, ServiceNow, SOTI, and ManageEngine.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
