Job Opportunity: Senior Support Specialist
This key position calls for an exceptional support professional to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic services.
The ideal candidate will possess 7-10+ years of experience in executive support, preferably within the pharma, nutraceuticals, or tech manufacturing sectors. They will be well-versed in intellectual property management and patent processes, holding a professional certification in project management or administrative management.
- Manage global calendars and travel logistics
- Prepare executive materials: briefings, reports, presentations
- Handle confidential correspondence and stakeholder communications
- Organize board meetings, investor relations, and strategic sessions
Responsibilities include managing external partnerships and regulatory interactions, overseeing legal, audit, and compliance communications, coordinating HQ-subsidiary activities, leading PR and media engagements, and designing materials using Adobe Suite.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted liaison across all divisions, demonstrating organizational skills, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking.
