We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Technical Support Analysts/Specialists to contribute their skills and expertise in the high-demand Crypto/Blockchain industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, influence our ways of working within a collaborative environment, and be supported to understand our business and know their impact on the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assist user inquiries on all platforms using available information.
  • Serve as an escalation point for our community/customer experience in high touch escalations and platform incidents.
  • Be accountable for managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Exercise critical thinking skills by establishing the root causes of application errors.
Requirements
  • Motivated by creating a seamless support experience.
  • Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support, and System Administration.
  • Knowledgeable in various UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience supporting a highly automated and dynamic cloud-environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end platform incident management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to operate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
