Job Title: HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience in an HR Helpdesk environment, preferably from a shared service center.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to employees through various channels.
  • Supporting managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions, and employee data changes.
  • Creating or referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.

Additional requirements include strong problem-solving skills, conflict management, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality employee experiences.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be open to working flexible US shifts and must be adept in the HR helpdesk environment.
