Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on transactional services such as policy and navigation inquiries, transactions, and data changes.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to resolve issues related to performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit / termination, and leave of absence.
  • Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) to complete employee transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with onshore partners to receive training on all queries received from employees.
  • Document out-of-scope queries and work with relevant leads or onshore counterparts to resolve Tier 2 transactions according to defined processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience in an HR Helpdesk role, preferably in a shared service center environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR ATS and workflow systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and BambooHR.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including US shifts.
