Real Estate Business Development Manager

Silvelush Realty Inc. is a dynamic and innovative real estate company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to drive growth, expand market presence, and contribute to revenue generation through strategic planning, competitive analysis, marketing partnerships, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Planning and Development
• Develop and execute business strategies to ensure growth and expansion in the real estate industry.
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Design and develop new product/service solutions to meet current market needs and determine the best business opportunities for Silvelush Realty Inc.
• Market Research, Lead Generation, and Prospecting
• Identify and target potential clients, competitors, and industry trends through market research and analysis.
• Leverage marketing and event activities to engage target prospects and introduce Silvelush Realty Inc.'s products and services.
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to do business with Silvelush Realty Inc.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand client needs and pain points, manage objections, and position Silvelush Realty Inc.'s real estate solutions effectively.
• Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed Silvelush Realty Inc.'s revenue targets.
• Qualify leads, manage the market pipeline, and schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• E-commerce
• Develop and execute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
• Create and manage compelling content that resonates with the target audience and promotes products.
• Networking and Industry Events
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent Silvelush Realty Inc. and promote its products and services.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, sales, and compliance) to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Team and People Management
• Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and supervise and coordinate the work of support staff.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Generate, track, and provide updates on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, meeting bookings, business development efforts, partnership agreements, market expansion achievements, and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Experience within the real estate industry is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, products, and services.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, especially in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Able to work independently as well as part of the team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software and tools.
• Fast learner, able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Flexible, able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
PHP 1,200,000 per annum.
