We're seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our Customer Onboarding Team as an Onboarding Coach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with diverse teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for facilitating client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via various channels. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure seamless integration of our messaging platform. Your expertise will enable clients to maximize the value of our product, leading to increased reservations and happier guests.
You will partner with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention. Additionally, you'll build strong client relationships, empower clients to become self-sufficient, and contribute to training materials. Your deep understanding of our products and customer needs will be invaluable in driving product improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise language.
- Strong organizational and proactive skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
