Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools
  • Guide clients through platform features and job-seeking activities
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions

Preparation is Key: Research client backgrounds and needs before sessions, prepare customized training approaches for different client scenarios, document common questions and create solution templates.

Platform Expertise: Master recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and internal tools, stay updated on platform features and best practices, provide feedback for platform improvements.

Client Success: Ensure clients understand and can independently use tools post-session, follow up on client progress and provide additional support as needed, maintain professional communication throughout client interaction.
