Contract Management and Automation Specialist

This role involves managing contracts and automating processes to ensure efficient contract processing and workflow management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal agreements, manage contract amendments through approval workflows, review and redline contracts, draft legal summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers, and manage contracts within our contract management system.
  • Requirements:
  • A law degree with 3+ years experience working with US law firms, excellent written communication skills, extensive experience operating within contract management systems, proven experience setting up no-code automations, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision during US business hours.
  • Benefits:
  • Prior experience with the ContractBook contract management system, no-code/low-code automation expertise in other Contract Management Systems or similar platforms like Salesforce, Monday.com, or Smartsheet, and background in telecommunications, fiber optic, or data center projects is highly beneficial.
