
Channel Sales Development Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue. As the Channel Sales Development Manager, you will lead our partnership with resellers and distributors to develop and execute plans to generate sell-out run-rates and achieve open sales targets.
- Create channel plans to tap into the open b2b market potential
- Develop existing and recruit new channel partners based on the plan
- Analyze data to derive insights and create solutions to solve problems
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback to improve products and services. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree holder in Business or Marketing
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Channel Sales/Channel Development/Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage stakeholders from different levels
