Job Title: ATM Channel Management Professional

Job Description

The ATM Channel Management Professional oversees the overall management of the channel focused on promoting brand awareness and enhancing customer experience through the BPI ATM Network.

  • Controls and analyzes channel performance, including usage and efficiency, in support of revenue and cost initiatives.
  • Oversees internal and external partners' performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Estimates expenses to ensure a flat to minimal change in operating expenses.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any Business-related course.

  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in ATM Channel business, Project Management, Product or Channel Management.
  • Must have basic knowledge in ATM and ATM systems.
  • Must have basic knowledge in Project Management.
  • Must have good documentation, organizational, logical reasoning, and data analytics skills.
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good supervisory skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS applications such as MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
