We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Head to lead and grow our sales operations across the Food & Beverage and Logistics/Importation verticals. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams, and developing revenue-generating strategies that align with the company's broader business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Must have knowledge or experience in high end food products and B2B HORECA sales

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies for both F&B (dining, delivery, events) and logistics (importation, warehousing, distribution) channels

  • Identify new revenue streams, key markets, and client segments

  • Set and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to guide sales tactics and adjust forecasts

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, corporate clients, distributors, and key accounts

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing activities

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in F&B, logistics, or B2B environments

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Willingness to travel as needed between branches or client locations
