We also offer professional consultancy in Data Security and Storage, along with standard and certification technical training courses to enhance our customers' internal support teams.

The Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners through communication, joint planning, and strategic engagement.
  • Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
  • Co-develop and implement business plans with partners, aligning on sales objectives, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance against key metrics such as revenue contribution, market penetration, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvement actions when needed.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential partners to expand and diversify the channel network.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success and organizational alignment.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring adherence to brand, legal, and program standards.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any IT-related field (minimum requirement).
  • At least 2 years of experience in strategic partner engagement and relationship management.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets through channel partners, with a solid understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, business planning, and experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to partner needs, and managing conflict resolution and negotiations diplomatically.
