  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on Avaya Voice Portal/IR, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze trends and areas for enhancement, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Team Development: Train team members to enhance their technical skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in Avaya Voice Portal/IR, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • R&D Experience: Experience in R&D and PV Case Processing is highly advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
