Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and domain expertise in Policy Issuance Underwriting Support Contact Center Auto-New Business and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our companys success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth processing of tasks related to Policy Issuance and Underwriting Support.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Contact Center ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly.
  • Manage Auto-New Business processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling new client information.
  • Handle Property & Casualty Insurance tasks with precision ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create manage and analyze reports ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior team members providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office with the ability to create and manage complex reports.
  • Have domain expertise in Policy Issuance Underwriting Support Contact Center Auto-New Business and Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Display a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
  • Have experience in training and mentoring junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
