Key Responsibilities

  • Hold direct disciplinary and performance accountability for your team members.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage daily workforce assignments to guarantee timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Initiate and participate in the recruitment and selection process for direct reports.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with your team, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
  • Build strong business relationships and operational integration by focusing on customer satisfaction, regular engagement, and strategic solution development.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, such as quality, performance, and process efficiency.
  • Analyze tool results and develop strategies with team leaders to improve quality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements through optimized system setups, enhanced system usage, and targeted training.
