Document Controller

Description:

As a key member of our team, you will support the Point-to-Point (P2P) and Purchase Order to Cash (POD-OTC) process by receiving and processing documents. You will also facilitate process improvements in document management to ensure efficiency and excellence in our operations.

  • Support the P2P & POD-OTC process by receiving and processing documents.
  • Facilitate process improvements in document management to ensure efficiency and excellence in our operations.
  • Ensure timely return of documents for faster collection and processing.
  • Verify the accuracy of documents to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Pre-screen and check the details of all returned invoices from suppliers.
  • Sort documents into categories: clean and not clean.
  • Identify and mark Bad Order (B.O.) documents with stamp and signature.
  • Scan and upload documents into the system via WeScan and tag them according to category.
  • Follow up on requirements and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with POD Specialists, Sales Accounting, and other teams as necessary.
  • Transmit documents to their respective destinations.
  • Monitor trends and issues that may affect timely collections.
  • Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
