Job Title: Senior Departmental Manager

An experienced Senior Departmental Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of a department and its staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the department, including supervising staff and ensuring seamless operation of processes.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate employees, as well as provide coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on key projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
