Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, building relationships with clients and candidates, and developing effective recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Engineering Teams to assess talent requirements
  • Shepherd the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keep stakeholders up to speed on a regular basis
  • Full execution of the recruitment process: identify business needs, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, present top candidates to stakeholders, perform background checks, and manage applications follow-up, including HR administration

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
