Role Summary

We seek a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our HR team. The role involves assisting in recruitment processes, candidate communication, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records to ensure successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  2. Manage recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries.
  3. Organize and maintain recruitment records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  4. Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, updates, and documentation.
  5. Provide a positive candidate experience during recruitment.
  6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applications and update statuses.
  7. Ensure timely data entry for recruitment reporting.
  8. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  9. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates.
  10. Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  11. Develop positive relationships with candidates.
  12. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  13. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  14. Conduct background checks and drug screens.
  15. Perform administrative tasks to support hiring quality candidates.
  16. Complete recruitment activity reports.
  17. Maintain employment records for future reference.
Candidate Qualities

Motivated, dedicated, with qualities including:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Time management and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Impeccable attendance.
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required.
Legal and Location Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the job's country.
  • Willing to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening.
