The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering exceptional results in talent sourcing and hiring, while enhancing client and candidate experiences and strengthening the company's employer brand.

This specialist will develop and gain buy-in from clients for project strategy, including talent branding, recruitment channels, assessment, and onboarding elements.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with client stakeholders, creating and posting job adverts, directly sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates, guiding Hiring Managers through the shortlist, and managing the candidate journey with a professional, candidate-centric approach.

  • Deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions for manufacturing roles.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, including talent branding, recruitment, channels, assessment, and onboarding elements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Create and post job adverts using client brand guidelines to attract top talent.
  • Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates to meet business needs.
  • Guide Hiring Managers through the shortlisting process to ensure effective talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the manufacturing industry, and be fluent in Japanese. English proficiency is required for global communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Japanese talent acquisition experience is essential to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space is crucial for business growth.
  • Utilise and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Write regular updates and analyse relevant business data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to achieve business goals.
