Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with technical issues. Your role will involve providing prompt and effective support to resolve customer queries via phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound technical support requests in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Ability to work from home is a plus.
  • Strong command of the English language is necessary.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
