We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for managing the front office workflow, ensuring patients receive exceptional support and a welcoming experience from their first interaction through ongoing care.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration or a related field, with strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is a plus.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing intake forms, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will provide polite and professional customer service to patients and collaborate with in-person staff to ensure smooth operations.
