Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to successfully match client needs with care providers who possess the right blend of personal and professional qualities.

  • Manage schedules for both clients and care providers utilizing an internal scheduling system.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability in order to identify optimal matches.
  • Engage in regular communication with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments as necessary.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss scheduling gaps and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
  • Utilize internal tools (e.g. scheduling software, MS Teams) to effectively track and communicate schedule changes.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with care professionals through outbound calls to confirm assignments, coordinate shift details, or offer additional work opportunities.
  • Ensure that all schedule updates are clearly communicated and verbally confirmed to uphold the highest standard of care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related field such as scheduling, coordination, or care management (healthcare background highly desirable).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable making outgoing calls and coordinating in real-time to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proficient in or willingness to learn multiple software platforms (training provided).
  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • A respectful and considerate approach to communication, ensuring clarity in schedule updates and upholding a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to balance analytical data with empathy and human-centered thinking to provide exceptional service outcomes.
