We're on the hunt for an exceptional IT Pre Sales Professional to join our team at GLC

Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and providing personalized solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

  1. Provide technical solutions to customers during the pre-sales process.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and budget to design suitable technical recommendations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other IT related courses.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales role.
  3. Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA), or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) is desirable.
