We are seeking an experienced professional to join our sales team as a Key Account Manager. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals to promote our Wedding Insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline of key accounts in the wedding industry.
- Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to introduce our Wedding Insurance products to new clients.
- BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS AS THE TRUSTED POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENTS.
- Educate prospects on product benefits and address inquiries or concerns.
- SUPPORT CLIENTS DURING ONBOARDING AND DRIVE THE SUCCESSFUL PROMOTION OF OUR PRODUCTS.
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and refine our wedding insurance program.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or as an account executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).
- Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real-time.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments.
Bonus Points:
- Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries.
- Prior experience in account management and client retention.
