Bilingual Sales Specialist Opportunity

Job Title: Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist (English & French)

We are seeking a skilled sales professional fluent in both English and French to join our team. This role will focus on conducting sales outreach, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong connections with clients and prospects in both languages.
  • Present product/service information confidently and persuasively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Share insights from client interactions to enhance sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong time management and consistency in meeting goals.
  • Ability to work independently within standard Canadian business hours or flexible schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
