Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and management.

  • Measuring conversion ratios and meeting performance benchmarks will be essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Manage and optimize CRM system to improve client operations and increase sales revenue.
  3. Pursue new clients via phone calls, chats, and emails, and build relationships with existing clients.
  4. Respond to incoming leads and input information into the database in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Conduct lead follow-up and nurturing until appointments are set, using effective communication and organizational skills.
  6. Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
