At the forefront of forward-thinking finance, we are seeking a visionary U.S. Tax & Managerial Accounting Specialist to join our team.

This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity for a professional who wants to move beyond compliance and become a true financial partner.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute proactive U.S. tax plans to minimize liabilities, advise on entity structuring, manage all compliance, and serve as the in-house expert on IRS regulations.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct variance analysis, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership to support long-term strategic planning.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience focused specifically on U.S. taxation (planning, strategy, and compliance).
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and IRS regulations. (U.S. Enrolled Agent designation is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in managerial accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
