  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our order operations team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and management of the order to cash cycle, including order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery all the way through invoicing and payment collection.">
  • Additionally, you will provide customer support for pre-order activities, such as systemic setup and writing customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring customer orders are ready to process.">
  • You will also be responsible for building sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard with new commercial customers and build out our customer operations team.">
  • Maintaining strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing is crucial.">
  • Leading month's end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and providing fully vetted reporting to accounting is also a key responsibility.">
  • Finally, you will create workflows using connectors like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc., to significantly cut down on repetitive, manual work handled by the team on a daily basis.">

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.">
  • Proficiency in using software applications such as QBO and workflow tools.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.">
