ERP Order Coordinator Position Overview

This role supports the entry, tracking, and operations management of orders within our ERP system. The position requires collaboration with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain order visibility and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Input, manage, and track customer orders within our ERP system.
  • Communication: Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Timelines: Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Internal Communication: Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • ERP Knowledge: Strong ERP system knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort Level: Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
